Just like the title says, challenging times require paradigm shifts.
That’s the real deal above. Right now, my vessel (that’s me) is traveling through “facilitating environment”. Dude, it’s a bumpy ride when paradigms shifts occur.
This current shift started three weeks ago and only now am I starting to understand why I’m going through it. It’s unsettling and amazing at the same time. This shift is career related and my thoughts and actions impact a large audience so I’m trying to understand and shift with it as best as possible. There have been so many changes in thoughts and actions in the last three weeks that my head is still spinning and looks like it will continue to do so for a couple of more weeks.
As life around us continues to change, we need to change and adapt with it. Trying to live the same way to get through new challenges… well, that statement says it all. Being closed off to new things because we’re trapped in old school ways of thinking can be very limiting. Opening your mind to new thought patterns can be exhilarating and enchanting. Remember when you were at school learning new things? It’s just like that.
So, as this challenge at work is far from over, I’m sure I’ll continue further paradigm shifts to improve my station in life. I’m up for it. Are you?
