A mate sent me the clip a couple of weeks back and since then, if I’m midway through reading an article for work, trying to strategise for my freelance business or whatever it is that requires me to drill in on what I’m doing – then Dwayne’s smiling face and that one word smack my attention into… FOCUS!

A path of continual improvement requires continually focusing.
