Simply breathing

Life will throw curve balls so best you learn how to bat.

When you’re waiting for the next pitch, try this. Breathe.

I’m learning to do it a lot more and starting to feel like the kid in the picture.

It takes a monumental amount of conscious effort to do it at first. Then when you get better at it, life starts clearing up. There’s vision and hope.

It all comes about by simply breathing.
