Most Australians know that the above was one of the greatest Saturday night live television shows this country has ever seen! Well, it was at the time back in the 80s when I was a teenager.
Back on track to what it’s all about.
It’s Saturday morning. 9.59am. My girl is at the gym and I’m in front of a laptop. Thinking. Always thinking.
I woke up at 7am this morning and started playing xBox. Took one dog for a walk. The other stayed at home as it was too early and too cold. Our maltese is a bit precious on cold mornings.
The laptop. That’s right. Thinking.
It wasn’t that I was excited about getting up to play the xBox. Nor was it due to being a Saturday morning and we can do whatever the heck we please.
It’s that release knowing you don’t have to think about your income activities. You’ve worked your ass off all week and now your brain can turn to mush for the weekend.
Right. I’m starting to wake up. Time for a coffee and then hit the gym. Lift some small trucks (not really, just sounds impressive) and come home to hang out with my family. All the good things that make ya smile.
And ignore the heading. Clearly haven’t woken up completely.
Let the day roll on and the sky be the marsh-mellows of your dreams.
