Walking the walk with 365 days of getting it done.

Somewhat of a mini revelation today when I reflected on the last few days and the events that have been taking place. It’s the little things that have been happening that confirm so many things I have learned in the last few years. Like believing that if you have the right attitude, the right direction, the right intention and the right action (just to name a few), the universe believes in you too and adds little rewards along the journey to show that you’re doing all the right things.

That’s been happening to 365 days of getting it done for the last two weeks. But getting it done hasn’t come from just sitting at home and talking about it. Heck no. It has meant talking and interacting with more people, about different projects and working towards common goals. The collaborations that are coming together are exciting the freaking life out of me!

My new role is allowing me to focus on my strengths and that’s produced results already. And freelancing has me headed in the right direction as well – the result of that will be spectacular and open all kinds of doors towards my future business and personal goals.

Walking the walk has been one of the things that has helped move many things forward recently. And I don’t mean prancing around like a boasting turkey – quite the opposite. Walking the walk with 365 days of getting it done simply means that when you make a promise to anyone, be that yourself or someone else – it means that you fulfil that promise and get the best results.

It’s getting to the half way mark of 365 days of getting it done and I’ve learned a lot about myself over the past half a year. Life continues to be a journey that goes from strength to strength. At times it’s not been easy but lately it has. I think it’s because I believe in myself more now than ever. I walk the walk… for one very selfish reason – to make this world a better place. And gosh darn it, it’s happening!
