The power of intention with 365 days of getting it done is a great way to keep a laser like focus on the path ahead. It’s Sunday night and whilst I may not be updating the new website, reading articles or or hitting out a session at the gym, I do know that the week before me should be huge! Why? The power of intention (great article – not written by me) baby!
Learning more on Quantum Physics and how we interact with the universe (or the environments we shift through), it’s easy to see how the power of intention can bring into reality the way of life we wish to live. Especially when you’re moving through your own 365 days of getting it done.
If you’re thinking of a life of high energy, creative activity and financial stability then you can make it happen by truly desiring it all… but most importantly – getting off your ass and doing something about it. And when you know exactly what you want and it’s something that makes you buzz deep down, the only thing to do is start moving and all of a sudden the beginning of your journey is shown to you.
It sounds airy-fairy bullshit type stuff. And it is if that’s the way you perceive it. I’m here to tell you that if it can happen for someone like me, then it can happen to anyone. A little on me:
* used to have anger management challenges years ago
* alcohol and substance abuse
ALL of this was years ago. The top point led me to see a psychologist and that started my journey of continually improving. That was over eighteen years ago. Since then I’ve delved deep into what makes my mind tick over and it’s taken all those years to know that what the mind perceives, the universe receives.
The last few years have been testament to achieving that which I focus. The good, the bad and the downright ugly.
So with everything that has been happening in the last few weeks, it’s almost like a chapter is about to end and a new one is about to start. I’ll be sure to keep you posted.
To end tonights post – a tune to get you in the right frame of mind for whatever lays ahead of you and your 365 days of getting it done.
