Increasing energy on day 110 of 365 days of getting it done was inspired by this picture today.

WOW! I mean WOW! That quote along with the one posted yesterday on shifting thought patterns has turned my life upside down in the last 24-48 hours… for the better! A friend posted the picture on facebook today and it struck a chord with me. It’s one thing to desire whatever it is in this life we desire but unless the energy, actions and thoughts match those desires… well, you can work that out for yourself.

Continually improving on the path of 365 days of getting it done is attracting so many awesome signs and surprises to let me know that my headspace is definitely changing for the better.

I know it’s not big but Albert’s quote made me think about my activity lately. It’s increasing but in can be increased again. There are some big goals in my future for work, family and self. They’re not going to be achieved unless momentum is kept up with a little bit of heat.

And not allowing negative thoughts to take up too much headspace has provisioned the way for me to observe and action a more positive approach to just about everything.

Take today for example. I had a poor nights sleep last night and when it was time to get going it was struggle town. (Read my words – that will explain a lot as to why the morning took a while to get energised). Plus Melbourne had a 34 degree celsius day and the heat and I don’t play well. Combine that with a lack of sleep and life wasn’t exactly a bed of roses.

Yet there was a determination today to step up and not use the above as excuse to take the foot off the pedal. There’s too much that I’m asking of the universe right now and I’m not going to receive much of anything if I don’t push hard to achieve. Make sense?

365 days of getting it done is reaching new heights.
