Day 74 of 365 days of getting it done – the Hemsworth brothers

Is it Chris or Liam on day 74 of 365 days of getting it done? It’s purely from a research perspective that the question is being asked.
Hemsworth brothers

See, I like Chris Hemsworth in the movie “Thor”. Ever since that came out, I’ve become a converted fan of Chris. I’ve seen Liam in “Reindeer Games” and “Expendables 2” and like him too. He just doesn’t train as hard as his bigger brother.

Each to their own. With getting it done in the gym for 365 days, I’m the type of person that would follow the type of routine Chris would put himself through. Big compound movements to get massive. Whereby Liam isn’t lifting as heavy and knocking out plenty of cardio to keep that type of body shape.

I bet Chris trains to Metallica.

Either way, staying motivated to the principle of 365 days of getting it done requires dedication. Whether it’s trying to look as good as the Hemsworth brothers, hitting sales targets or being a fantastic partner – it all requires dedication.

Sure you can get by in life by just going through the routines and there’s nothing wrong than that. Yet if you want more from the life than what you thought was possible, you’ve got to be dedicated to going after it.

Use tomorrow to put in 1% more effort than yesterday. Do that on a daily basis and your 365 days of getting it done will then be getting done all over the place!

Dedication to a goal or goals creates an energy that is self-propelling and self-fulfilling.

If you don’t believe me – choose one thing from your day that if you improved, would make a positive impact on your day… try it.

It’s what you do when you’re all about 365 days of getting it done!
