Day 67 of 365 days of getting it done – be who you are

Let’s start with Billy Idol’s “White Wedding” on day 67 of 365 days of getting it done.

Man, Billy takes me back to the awesome 80’s when I was a teenager. Thinking back to then, I used to be more myself then when I was growing up in my 20’s and 30’s. Now it seems like life has gone full swing back to the 80’s because I feel more like me than I have done for years.

This is an awesome YouTube clip on Will Smith. It’s 9 minutes of Will basically talking about the greatness within each of us. I’m here to say it definitely exists in each and everyone of us.

Sometimes you have to stand alone for what you believe in. Do you know what I believe in? Myself! Do you know what you believe in? Yourself!

Look, not everybody believes in continually improving. Each to their own. The writings on these walls are for the believers anyway.

And not some psycho babble belief either. Yep, no Peter Gabriel’s “Sledgehammer” fruitcakes (that word is in the song) here. Just people that spend 365 days getting it done! Not just a part time gig because they are made to. 365 days of getting it done because they want to.

Sometimes standing alone from everyone else is what you have to do to make a positive difference to this world. Too many people want to get caught up with the ease of living. I want to disrupt the shit out of it and make a beautiful chaos of energy and life!

And I need to put it out there. No point keeping this to myself. It’s too much fun!

Take life into your hands. Make it 365 days of getting it done – in the way you want it done. I FREAKING DARE YOU!
