Day 58 of 365 days of getting it done – bouncing back

Day 58 of 365 days of getting it done and it’s bounce back day baby! WOOOOOO!

Yesterday I posted that I have days when I feel less than motivated to get it done. It’s true as I am only human (and half god) after all. What I love about myself as I travel through life is my ability to bounce back!

Once upon a time, if negative thoughts got into my head then they would stay there and fester. Slowly but surely life would almost come to a stand still and down the spiral I would go. No more!

These days, I know I’ve got less than 24 hours before the energy comes flooding back in and life starts shining in its full glory. Yesterdays post was more about the effect of a boozy Friday night. Thankfully today is all about the freaking buzz of life and the will leaning up! Speaking of which…
Empty gym - lunch time?

 

This was my gym at lunch time today and I was pretty much the only guy in there lifting weights. There’s two problems with this picture:

1) nobody is training

2) why hasn’t the gym been marketing to fill the emptiness???

and 3) my shot is out of focus.

Bouncing back takes inner strength to get back on your feet again and take action. When the shitty thoughts take control, they can be like a quick growing weed and negatively impact the beautiful scenery of our mind. I say get out the weed killer, spray that stuff around and get on with it! KA-POW!!!
